how long does production take for preorders?
about 5-6 months for vinyl without issue
about 1-3 weeks for cassettes without issue
when will my order ship?
after products are in-hand, they will be packaged and shipped soon after
package drop-offs are done whenever time is available
when will my order arrive?
domestic orders should not take more than 1.5 weeks
international orders should not take more than 1.5 months

VA is a small project with few people involved and limited space available for storage
therefore, it is preferred to get an estimated number of product for those interested
additionally, production costs are more expensive than what people say or believe

do you take requests for releases?
rarely as releases chosen are believed to never be issued officially
if a release does get issued officially afterwards, that's great news for everyone
do you have extra copies of a release?
extra copies are kept for damaged or lost packages
any remaining will be released as overstock later

high-quality manufacturers are used for the production of physical media
audio is remastered to translate properly and effectively to vinyl and cassettes
